Premium magnetic drilling machines, annular cutters and metal cutting tools — engineered for demanding steel-fabrication worksites.
Portable magnetic drilling machines for structural steel, fabrication and on-site work. From the 9.5 kg TV.40 to the 120 mm capacity TV.120, every machine ships with an integrated coolant feed, overload protection and a Weldon or Morse-taper spindle.
The TV.40 is a compact 1050 W magnetic drilling machine built for structural steel, site fabrication and maintenance work. At 9.5 kg it is light enough to carry up scaffolding yet holds 10,000 N of magnetic adhesion, and the integrated coolant feed keeps annular cutters running cool through plate up to 55 mm thick.
The TV.60T combines Ø 60 mm drilling capacity in plate up to 100 mm thick with full M3–M24 tapping in a single machine. A two-speed gearbox and forward/reverse control let one operator drill, tap and countersink without changing tools, making it the machine of choice for shipyards, bridge fabricators and heavy structural shops.
The TV.120 is ToolVisor's heavy-duty magnetic drill, taking annular cutters to Ø 120 mm in plate up to 200 mm thick on an MT-4 Morse-taper spindle. A four-speed gearbox spanning 35–500 rpm matches surface speed to cutter diameter, and a 22,000 N magnetic base holds the machine solid through the deepest cuts.
The TV.40H is a horizontal magnetic drilling machine with a 175 mm overall height, designed to reach into box sections, beam webs and other confined spaces where a conventional upright drill will not fit. A quick-release arbor and dual-side feed handle let it be set up from either side of the workpiece.

Machine taps, countersinks, tapping arbors and Weldon-shank twist drills to complete the drill-tap-countersink cycle on any ToolVisor magnetic drilling machine.
Tungsten carbide tipped annular cutters in four depth-of-cut series, Ø 12 mm to Ø 100 mm. Micro-grain carbide teeth cut clean, chip-free holes up to eight times faster than a twist drill and leave a reusable slug.
Pilot pins and industrial arbors — the consumables and adaptors that keep a magnetic drill, drill press or machining centre running ToolVisor cutters.
